Ben.Julie Evans: 2011

For our first post I figured I would start at the beginning of our very new married life, our wedding! We got married on March 5, 2011. In front of family and friends we recited our vows and pledged our lives to each other. I absolutely loved the ceremony although it seemed like it only lasted 5 minutes. We were blessed to have so many good friends in our wedding party as well friends and family helping out with set up, take down, decorating and even coordinating! Ben had his two brothers and his best men and I had my two sisters as my maids of honor...pretty cool how that worked out! It was truly one of the best days of our lives, and one that will not be easily forgotten.

After the wedding we headed out for our honeymoon! We decided on going to McCall, Idaho. It was the perfect location for us! We absolutely loved it! We stayed at the Shore Lodge and had the best customer service we have ever experienced. McCall was covered in snow, and so different from the Cali lifestyle we are used to living now. As everything does, the honeymoon came to an end and we headed back home to Boise...

It was a busy 3 days we spent at home in preparation for our move back to California. We spent the days with friends and family, opening wedding gifts, and packing! On March 14th we flew with our (now I can say that!) brother Luke back to California so Ben could begin preparing for the last 3 Supercross races.
